TERMS OF SALE
Thank you for visiting TnT Performance Ltd. Please take a moment to read through our terms & conditions. These T&C's may be updated at any time. You will be deemed to have been notified about any changes once an updated version of our policy is published on our Web site.
Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order that we deem necessary at anytime, and may require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. If your order is cancelled, you will not be invoiced. Occasionally you may be required to make a deposit on overseas procured items.
Pricing
All our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars unless specified otherwise and are G.S.T exclusive.
Delivery Methods
Our aim is to ensure that we give the best service at the most competitive price possible. We endeavour to ship goods the same day we receive orders however sometimes we will have to ship the following day. Orders will usually be dispatched after we've received the order and payment for lines in stock. For stock that we need to procure from Japan the delivery method and leadtime will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before ordering.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is used for all products dispatched to locations within New Zealand from our warehouses in New Zealand. We ship these items through NZ Post. Expect your package within 7 days (this may vary depending on the size or weight of your package).
Expedited Shipping
We offer priority dispatch on orders inside New Zealand. These shipments are sent by Courier. Delivery times are typically 2-3 days.
Foreign Shipping
We send foreign shipments through NZ Post or by DHL at the request of our customer. Other alternatives are possible by mutual agreement.
Refunds and Returns
All products except ECU's are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase unless they have been used in Race situations. You may return a qualifying item for a full refund minus shipping charges anytime during that 30-day period. Original packaging and invoice must be kept and the goods in a saleable condition, without which no credit be given.
No products will be accepted for return if you have ordered the wrong product or, you have simply changed your mind. Please make sure you are ordering the correct product to avoid embarassement.
Collection of Personal Information
Once in a while we may email you with news and announcements. If you do not wish to receive any further correspondence from TnT Performance, please send an email to tony@tntperformance.co.nz
We will not pass on any of your private information to any other organisations.
Your personal information is password-protected to prevent unauthorised access to it.
Security
Our TnT Performance web site is not currently secure. If you need to send us credit card details or other confidential information, you may send us a fax message rather than email.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by TnT Performance . In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund. TnT Performance applies this act when selling to businesses.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
